Troubleshooting done - Needless to say repair and reinstall did not help. Tried "regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll" - no go Tried following: 1) Send/Receive pull an ole registration error occurred the program is not correctly installed outlook 2003 down menu 2) Send/Receive settings 3) Uncheck make this folder available offline I do not have "Make this folder available offline" under Send/receive settings. If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to correct me. According to my research, the issue may cause by a cached profile of Previous Outlook 2007, you probably not re-create a new profile after reinstalling Office 2003. At this time, please remove the current profile and build a new profile to check result. For your reference, below KB include detailed steps of how to create a new email
Outlook 2003, when I'd click "Send/Receive", I'd get this error message: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/92d91f6c-9bb7-43b8-9e92-45e3502dc027/an-ole-registration-error-occured-this-program-is-not-currently-installed-run-setup-again-for-the?forum=exchangesvrclientslegacy An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program. Running Setup again does not fix the problem. http://xenomorph.net/windows/issues/outlook-2003-an-ole-registration-error-occurred/ If this happen to you, you may want to try this: - On the Send/Receive button, click the down arrow to get a menu. - Go to Send/Receive Settings, then Uncheck Make This Folder Available Offline - Go back to Send/Receive Settings, and Check Make This Folder Available Offline again. After I did that, the Send/Receive button worked again.
