I grabbed http://www.luxrender.net/mantis/print_bug_page.php?bug_id=1413 a screen cap right before the LuxRender Console disappeared, and the last line reads: SEVERE ERROR: 47] Parsing error in file 'C:\Documents and Settings\-user-\Application Data\DAZ 3D\Studio4\temp\d9.lxs' at line 1719: syntax error I'm using WinXP 32 bit, latest 32 bit Luxus, Daz Studio 4.5 with Luxus plugin. I'd really like to use Luxus as my render engine, http://www.daz3d.com/forums/viewthread/18728/ if anybody knows a solution for this error. Has anyone else run into an issue like this? Comments Chohole Posts: 23,525 March 2013 edited March 2013 You would probably have been better to have asked this question in one of the exisitng thread on the Luxus plugin, as the Vendor is there answering questions. There are a couple in the Commons, this is possibly the best one for you http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/18543/ would you like me to move this post over into that thread ? This includes scenes where the only thing in the scene is a sphere primitive and a distant light. I can load some older scenes just fine from LuxRender, and about 5-10% of previously saved scenes load from Reality. I have also been having an error since I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. My graphics card (GTX 660) was able to use the opencl option for reality and luxrender with 7, now when I try to install the opencl version it tells me that opencl.dll can't be found (I can however find it if I search my computer). Is there something about Windows 10 that doesn't like Opencl? Do I need to wipe the driver from my computer (and how would I go about doing that)? Reality also shows that I don't have Opencl support on the Scene Configuration tab. Also where do I find the icon file for luxrender? It comes up as a generic program.
