We can see on the Foxycart error logs that they've been rejected and have Paypal error code: 10764. The money though HAS been taken from her account and her bank is telling her the money is in in limbo somewhere and the transaction needs to be cancelled? We just completed site mapping and adding the credit card and paypal logo. We checked to make sure everything was still operating, and got the following message when we attempted to run a credit card purchase: We're sorry, but our payment processor returned an error while processing this transaction. Specific error returned: 10764: This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. The system was working last night, as we received an order and took a master card payment.
