If you can find it, there are some error message translation in it. Let me know if this works for you. –paypal_louis Dec 1 '15 at 6:42 There is, but the errors come from Paypal API, not from Magento. –Mex Lane Dec 1 '15 at 8:44 The 15005 error means the bank declined it, which can happen for insufficient funds, a lost or stolen card, or etc. The bank doesn't provide more info, but those errors happen with some regularity. The other errors look valid in that they are "real" errors as reported by the gateway. –Manish Kumar Dec 1 '15 at 9:19 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 0 down vote This will not be easy but I think it's doable. Has anybody come across this error before? PayPal Direct Payment Error (12 ) We are taking orders by visa and mastercard so the credit cards seem to process alright through PPPP, but we have had https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?93774-Declined-15005-This-transaction-cannot-be-processed four orders not completed in the last couple of days and we have been getting these error messages from Paypal, so I guess this is the reason. The problem is I don't know what it means, I would be grateful for any help. It smells like a PPEC problem, but I am a bit stumped. Many thanks Matthew 6 Apr 2008,10:05 PM #2 DrByte View Profile View Forum Posts View Blog Entries Visit Homepage View Articles Sensei Join Date Jan 2004 Posts 63,562 Blog Entries5Plugin Contributions184 Re: Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed. Enigma Member July 2011 in Help edited July 2011 Im getting this error "15005 Processor Decline" It seems to only happen when someone tries using their credit card but not when they pay with paypal. I have a merchant pro account. the site is: paypal error http://claydonfinearts.com/ My site is in wordpress using the using the Foxyshop plug in, the author of the plug in says it must be on the Paypal side.. paypal says nothings wrong... I need to fix this asap... anyone have any thoughts on this? Comments Enigma Member July 2011 I've spoken to Paypal.. they said it was due to a bank magento paypal error decline which was what I had read the code to be online... but the strangest thing is... One transaction was declined 6 times.. then worked on the 7th try? Same card, same person, same info? I'm trying to contact the customer to see what that was about.. but I've read about there being security issues that can kick back that error as well on here? Im not a techy by any means, I'm winging it to figure this out.. : ( fc_adam FoxyCart Team July 2011 Banks can decline for a number of reasons, one of which could be insufficient funds - perhaps that was the case here? Definitely let us know what you hear back from the customer. brett FoxyCart Team July 2011 @Enigma, it's also entirely possible that they just got the info wrong the first 6 times. Maybe an incorrect CSC or CC# or expiration date. Then they caught the error and it went through fine. Fwiw, this page may be a huge help in the future: http://wiki.foxycart.com/primer/errors Sign In or Register to comment.
