Photoshop Could Not Save Because Of A Program Error Cs5Like Comment 0 people like this Submit Cancel 4 years ago Graham Sampson 6 Posts 0 Reply Likes I am also getting this same error. Doesn't matter what I was doing before hand, whether it is creating a new document or a simple RGB to CMYK conversion. However if I was to save to my desktop it is fine. 12 other computers (iMac 2.8Ghz Intel Core photoshop: can't save file due to program error i5 with 4Gb running 10.6.8) arent having the same problems. It should be in your Photoshop CS6 preferences folder. The easiest, fastest, most reliable way to check this is to create a new admin user account and run Photoshop from the new account and see if the issue persists.
