I'm using EPIM on Win XP SP2. Palm Hot Sync version is 7.0.2 When I attempt a hot sync, it takes over 5 minutes and I get the following error message: Hot Sync operation completed with errors. Operation interrupted. Some data not backed up. View log. When I try to view the log, the sync manager freezes. In order to get to the manager, I have to re-boot the computer. Then the hot sync manager will open and I can read the following: Datebook, Address, To do, Memo successfully backed up EPIM Sync Aborted. Protocol Error: Unknown Error (6140) I then attempt to expand the EPIM list and the manager freezes again. Any assistance would be appreciated. crkorrol Top Max Site Admin Posts: 18493 Joined: Wed Dec 08, 2004 11:39 pm Hasthanked: 246 times Beenthanked: 216 times Contact: Contact Max Website Quote Postby Max » Thu Jan 24, 2008 8:06 pm What device you have?
