This error occurs over wireless only. i will try to replicate this in our laboratory and see what will happen. thanks for the suggestions. i know it will help me a lot...Routergirl Logged routergirl83 (, ") hilaireg Level 3 Member Posts: 332 Re: A DLNA pro

and found that it doesn't want to list files in certain folders. My PS3 kept giving met the DLNA error number 2114. After some Googling I found this article http://code.google.com/p/ps3mediaserver/issues/detail?id=1466 If you have any folders names with a dollar sign ($) in them, it will cause your PS3 to throw the DLNA Error 2114. Be sure that all hidden files and folders are shown. In my case, it was the $RECYCLE folder that caused the problems. After deleting it everything worked fine again. You can see in your PS3Media Server logs (/var/logs/ps3mediaserver/user/) that it keeps referring to Regex issues when trying to access such a folder... Source: http://code.google.com/p/ps3mediaserver/issues/detail?id=1466 UPDATE: The latest version mentions that the $ issue has been fixed.
