Select Family & other people and choose Add someone else to this PC. Thing is...network path doesn't even exist anymore. QB's install tool doesn't fix problem. Help please! So when I'm installing the update it says it can't find network path "\\ppserver\Data\TOMB\Pictures". QB is installed locally on this laptop/workstation, we don't even use that server anymore. And like I said the QB Install Tool doesn't help. When I got this error before I was able to get around it by crated another administrator account in Windows to install programs. Since then I have did a clean install of windows and the issue went away until several months ago. So far the programs that I cant install are Java updates, and Quickbooks Starter Edition.
