Stop C00002e2 Directory Services A Device Attached To The System Is Not Functioning
if the Active Directory directory service contains duplicate cross-reference objects, and these objects represent domains that are in the Partitions container. If yes than probably your partition sizes are different than they were on "old" server, the new server must have partition sizes same or larger than on old server.
