There is a newer release (just out yesterday) 4.3.0.014 if you would like to try that first. If the problem persists, definitely call our support team for further assistance. Thanks,CD Back to top #5 mikedoh mikedoh Members 3 posts Posted 22 September 2010 - 12:04 PM HI Charley, As all functionality is still working for users, im going to bounce the box tonight to see if that solves it. Ill let you know!THanksMike Back to top #6 Michael Greig Michael Greig Members 0 posts Posted 22 September 2010 - 02:15 PM I get the error 500 all the time too when browsing the logs. Support thinks it may be because I increased the traffic log size to the max of 1000000. It happens even shortly after the log is cleared and utilization drops back to <5%. I have lived with it as a few days of logs is more important to me than the annoyance of a few 'F5's. It has

The platform validates in Aegir and I can create https://community.barracudanetworks.com/forum/index.php?/topic/15821-web-filter-error-500-when-browing-tabs/ an operate a site. Most functions work fine, but I get an HTTP error 500 / internal server error when I (1) access /admin/modules, (2) access admin/config/performance>clear caches, (3) run cron. EDIT: I have confirmed that drush cron and drush cc (clear all caches) work fine on the back end. I have not tried every feature/page/function exhaustively to test https://www.drupal.org/node/1733326 for this behavior, but, again, all the usual stuff works fine. I've not been able to figure out what's happening on the server side. I did temporarily set nginx logging to "debug" and isolated the log file produced on an attempt to access /admin/modules. The file is appended below. It shows a few "maybe" suspicious issues, but I'm not able to determine if any of these are related/causative, or if this log file would even be helpful. I do see a "temporarily unavailable" error partway down. I have one other bit of data: My drupal server status shows one error message, indicating that drupal cannot use HTTP due to a server misconfiguration. I can certainly use HTTP from my server command line to access external HTTP sites. Still, perhaps there's a common cause -- at least this is a hypothesis -- maybe due to the complexities of EC2 network configuration? 2012/08/15 16:05:06 [debug] 33749#0: post event 0000000000A80A10 2012/08/15 16:05:06 [debug] 33749#0: delete posted event 0000000000A80A10 2012/08/15 16:05:06 [debug] 33749#0: accept on 0.0.0.0:80, ready: 1 2
