Customer Insert/Update Error – [CustomerName] - 3100 - The name "[CustomerName]" of the list element is already in use. Why It Occurs: A Salesforce Account that is trying to be synced into QuickBooks as a Customer is getting rejected from QuickBooks because a Customer with that name already exists (QuickBooks does not allow for multiple Customers or Vendors with the same name). There is a Salesforce Account with the same name that is already synced to the QuickBooks Customer (duplicate Salesforce Accounts). Resolution 1 - Run the Account Matcher: Ensure that the QuickBooks Customer is set to Active and/or that it is not listed as a Vendor or in the Other Names List in the Lists Menu. Run the Account Matcher from the DataSynch Web Interface (Start > Programs > Pervasive DataSynch > DataSynch Web Interface) on the computer where DataSynch is installed. Once completed, the Customer ListID field in the Salesforce Account should be populated. Resolution 2 - If you have duplicate Salesforce Accounts: Login to Salesforce. Go to the Accounts tab. Scroll down towards the bottom and click on the ‘Merge Accounts’ link on the lower right. Type in the duplicate Account name and merge them, ensuring that the value in the Customer ListID field in the Account remains. « Back to Troubleshooting KB ID# 100008 Support Troubleshooting Product Get Support for This Product Resources Intro to DataSynch Before Your First DataSynch Field Synchronization Comparison Basic Functionality Additional Features Where to Install DataSynch FAQ's Installation Requirements Security Token Retrieval Download & Installation Configuration Welcome Step 1 - QuickBooks Authorization Step 2 - Salesforce Authorization Package Installation Package Configuration Step 3 - Syncing Options Step 4 - Transaction Options Step 5 - Account & Contact Options Step 6 - Product Options Step 7 - Scheduling Options Utilities Account Matcher Product Matcher Migration Tool Run DataSynch DataSynch Configuration Tab Price Level Exporter YouTube Twitter Facebook Pervasive Privacy Statement | Terms Of Use | Corporate Contact| Support Policy and Information| Refund Policy Copyright 2011 Pervasive
