We'll manually update QuickBooks first then we'll proceed in updating payroll. Let's see how it goes: Manually update QuickBooks: Go to Help menu at the top. Select quickbooks error 15215 windows 10 Update QuickBooks. On Options tab, click on Mark All then go to Update now tab. On Update now tab, click on reset update (to mark the checkbox) then click Get updates. **If you receive server not responding error, that's okay as long as the green light is still blinking. Manually update Payroll: Open file and go to Employees menu at the top. Select Get Payroll updates. Make sure that "download entire payroll updates" is selected.
