Sol Hi Roady That's what got me. I never did a custom form. I run Outlook as it comes from Microsoft. I did a clean install of Vista and Office 2007 and did an easy transfer from my old setup (XP, Office 2003). The was there from the start; Could not install the custom actions. No other repair routine or install/uninstall fixed this problem. Only what I described brought about a solution. Thanks! This seems like a perfectly reasonable sysadmin question. –jhs May could not install 3 '09 at 18:57 add a comment| 2 Answers 2 active oldest votes up vote 1 down vote accepted Found the solution. It was caused by the Microsoft LiveMeeting add-in. It created a message form in the C:\Users\[current user]\AppData\local\Microsoft\FORMS folder that was corrupted. Deleted it and it fixed the problem. share|improve this answer edited Jul 25 '12 at 2:15 Scott Pack 12.3k63678 answered Apr 30 '09 at 23:53 Jim McKeeth 1,04641419 add a comment| up vote 0 down vote This is also likely related to a WebEx plug-in. We've been trying to track this error down with the frequent occurrence with our customer. However, we are integrating Live Meeting currently, and the same error returns for one of our users. I wonder if Live Meeting uses forms similar to the WebEx Outlook Integration tool 2.2 before they changed it to a plug-in on their 3.2 version. Something to think about... share|improve this answer answered Jan 28 '10 at 19:41 Liberty add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By posting your answer, you agree to the privacy policy and terms of service.
