I don't see Autodesk telling you to go to user forums for help unless you are not on subscription and then only as a suggestion. We are users just like you... Unhandled exception errors are difficult if not impossible to diagnose. A few are documented in the Autodesk KB, but most are drawing related, hardware related, and/or solved with a repair/reinstall. When do you get this error? At startup? While working on a particular drawing? While running a certain command? R.K.
