Both of these are not true as i have a virgin hub with 1 eithernet cable running to my server with a static ip address and port forwarding enabled. a computer on the LAN to the Internet via a router. Default, option is off and when you try establish VPN connection you get the message: Error 619 - A connection to the remote computer could not be established. In most cases, the VPN Passthrought option can be found in: Security -> Firewall tab and applicable to protocols: PPTP, L2TP and IPsec Below you will find two examples for the modem and the router to fix this problem: Unlocking the connection on the DD-WRT router Log into your router and go to the "Security" -> "VPN" tab Unlocking the connection on the Virgin Media Super Hub modem Log into your router and go to the "Filtering" -> "Services" tab Instructions for Super Hub 2 modem is on our forum: PPTP - Zablokowanie połączenie - Virgin Media Super Hub 2 In the cheaper routers or modems, VPN Pass-Through option can be enabled by default (check the router specification). If the option is enabled and you have still problem with establish VPN connection, use other VPN protocols like L2TP, SSTP or OpenVPN, which are default permit through the routers If you have any problem with the configuration or have any questions feel free to mail us: support@vpnonline.pl
