Not sure how to find the pressure switch. Also, in of the other post there are two things people suggested should be done; 1) blow down some plastic pipe (associated with the pressure switch) 2) Unblock the pump (impeller may be blocked). I see that water comes out of the drain pipe. Kindly suggest how to locate the pressure switch, what pipe needs to be blown for clearing and how to remove/check the pump for impeller blockage? I have loads of washing to be done (barely any clothes left to wear to work tommorro

Hi.Are all the lights flashing as soon as you turn the washer on?.If you leave it for a while will the stop in the end?.Regards Ask Your Own UK Appliance Question Customer: replied3 years ago. all lights flash as soon as you turn on Expert: Daniel T. replied3 years ago. Hi.Ok not good news im afraid here..When you get this fault what you normally find is the control board at the back is the fault..Ive seen it many times on these were you get this fault and its nearly always a faulty control board..What you can try is pull the washer out and take the back panel off and there you will see the board on the left hand side. Take this out and then one wiring block at a time remove them and refit it. This will clean and tighten the contacts on there..Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there..But if still the same then im afraid this is going to need a new control board. Now the cheaper opition on this is to get Hotpoint in to fix it as they do a fixed price repair. This is about £105 and includes all parts and labour. So this way they will fit the new board and program it up as they need to be reprogramed by there laptop..This way its a lot cheaper then you doing the repair yourself. As if you were to buy the parts you are looking at about £240 for the board and the software needed to programe it up..Sorry its not a easy and cheap fix but ive seen this fault many times on these..If you need anymore info just get back to me..Regards Ask Your Own UK Appliance Question Share this conversation Related UK Appliance Questions Question Date Submitted I/m t
