If it works fine in safe mode, disable the add-ins you have in File > Options > Add-ins. Second, try toclear out the Outlook Temporary items. 1. Locate the Outlook Temporary Items folder by opening the Registry and locating HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security\OutlookSecureTempFolder 2. Navigate to the value of this Key. It should be something like: %USERPROFILE%\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\ 3. Quit Outlook 4. Delete the contents of the folder 5. Launch Outlook Hope it helps.
