I am trying to include the same file in a jsp. But the jsp file http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11952212/spring-3-1-javascript-file-not-found-404-error is unable to find the js file (404 error in browser console). I have gone throw couple of questions in SO: Can SpringMVC be configured to process all requests, but exclude static content directories? Browser can't access CSS and images when calling a Servlet which forwards to a JSP STS Spring MVC: How to include a JS file in a JSP But still not helping. Here goes my code: In the application context, i am using the mvc:resource tag.

I'd like to underline a problem I have with a site. The url is http://enil.ceris.cnr.it/Basili/EnIL/ and GET SIMPLE works good on it. The problem is that no javascript files are reachable from 404 error any page of the site and of the administration panel. As you can see, the css file is working (this is the url, if you want to check http://enil.ceris.cnr.it/Basili/EnIL/theme/marcotls/css/stile.css but the javascript files are not loaded (try this http://enil.ceris.cnr.it/Basili/EnIL/theme/marcotls/js/jquery-1.5.min.js) Do you imagine what can be the problem? It is really frustrating, I can't have the WYSIWYG editor, and I can't apply any javascript to the page (not even edit 404 error in the pages slugs, menu etc)... Thank you very much for your help guys! This is something different than "not loaded" for example: Quote:/Basili/EnIL/theme/marcotls/js/jquery-1.5.min.js was not found on this server. or Quote:/Basili/EnIL/theme/marcotls/js/funzioni.js was not found on this server. what is the result of the server-health-check? In fact, the files are on the server, while it seems that they are not. I'm wondering why the css files are found, while the js are not? The path is correct, probably a problem of the server? What can be the problem, according to your experience?
