On theVodafone Community, I've embedded http://communities.rightnow.com/posts/4d0fb86e8c the contextual module so that when someone asks a question, it queries the KB for relevant FAQs. Most of the time no issues as keywords in question title will generally pull back results. However, in the last 3-4 months, I've noticed Google reporting increasing volumes of 404 errors where a customer's question doesn't pull back any FAQs but Google somehow treats the non-page as a 404 error for my Help sub-domain? Has anyone come across this and perhaps have any suggestions for coding it so that it's a no follow for when there are no results?
