I can locate the printer but the computer will not recognize it when trying to use it. When I go to print it shows “No printers installed”. So I click on “Add printer” and got Error Message: “The Active Directory Domain Service is currently unavailable". Then I went to the Canon website and asked for help. They emailed back: “Please try the following to resolve the issue: 1. Click Start. 2. Click Control Panel. 3. Click System and Security. 4. Click Administrative Tools. 5. Click Services. 6.
