One Or More Activex Controls Could Not Be Displayed Because Either
Discussions Question 0 Sign in to vote I'm currently using Microsoft Office Outlook outlook activex control 2003 (11.5608.5606). When I try and open emails from specific users I get the following message:
One your current security settings prohibit running activex controls on this page or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either: 1. Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX control on this page, or 2. You have blocked a publisher of oneAn Activex Control On This Page Might Be Unsafe To Interact With Other Parts Of The Page
of the controls. As a result, the page might not display correctly. And then you click OK. Once I click OK the Signature of the person who sent the message appears. Currently we are not able to enable the ActiveX controls for designated sender. If you want to enable the ActiveX controls, you'll have to enable it for all emails you got which is not recommended for security consideration. To do so, click Tools, click Options, click the Security tab, click the drop down menu to change the setting from Restricted sites to Internet. .
