Also is something using LPT2? Check which ports your current printers are using. If all else fails install the driver on the system and use the IP address of the printer as the port. –Not Kyle stop stalking me May 12 '11 at 14:42 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 2 down vote You can use net use to see what device names are already in use. Status Local Remote Network ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OK S: \\servername\photos Microsoft Windows Network OK LPT2 \\servername\laser1 Microsoft Windows Network The command completed successfully. Use net view \\computername to see the share name of the printer. Share name Type Used as Comment --------------------------------------------------- Laser1 Print Laser1 (1200) PCL 6 photos Disk The command completed successfully. In this case the share name is "Laser1" not "Laser1 (1200) PCL 6" When mapping printers, normally you get an error message like this C:\> net use lpt2 \\computername\printersharename System error 85 has occurred. The local device name is already in use. What error number did you get? share|improve this answer edited May 12

I have to say that I've purchase from VoIPCheap before. It's true that they ask for a credit card http://superuser.com/questions/282598/connecting-lpt2-to-a-remote-printer-source-already-in-use number up front, but I've not encountered the behavior described. In any case, if you're a regular user of their services, you might want to check your credit card statements. They will offer very low prices on a specific destination and free minutes. But, you have to deposit money. Then after a short while they change the price. Now you already have 10 dollars in their account, so you are stuck. Reply Link Markus Göbel January 23, 2008, 8:41 am So the Betamax nightmares finally come true? That reminds me of the apprehension I voiced in September: Markus Göbel's Tech News Comments: WTF is Betamax (VoIP)? http://www.goebel.net/technews/2007/09/wtf-is-bet… I still remember the time when they introduced Voipbuster in Germany. They gave us the calls for free, but wanted our bank account data. You had to send them one Euro from

They should be as follows: supp-1 is Fig. S1; supp-2 is Fig. S2; supp-3 is Table S1; supp-4 is Table S2; supp-5 is Table S3; supp-6 an error is Table S4; supp-7 is File S1; supp-8 is File S2; supp-9 is File S3; supp-10 is File S4. In the Supplemental Information, in the legends and legend titles for supp-7, supp-8, supp-9, and supp-10, the file names “RIM_DB_14_6" should be “RIM_DB_14_7". This error occurs once (in the legend title) for supp-8, supp-9, and supp-10, and five times in the an error 1200 legend and title for supp-7. The remainder of each of these file names and the extensions are correct in all cases. For example, “RIM_DB_14_6.arb.zip” should be “RIM_DB_14_7.arb.zip”.
