Cannot use "Save As" onto network director The exact error message is: "An error (126) occurred during the action Save As. Visio cannot save the file you selected" I've checked the permissions on the folders, ran the program as administrator, updated to SP1, and tried disabling both my firewall and anti-virus programs. Users are still able to save the document onto their desktop, then transfer the file into the folder they wish to store it in, but this can be somewhat cumbersome when creating a lot of new Visio files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Cannot use "Save As" onto network director Does it happen on both UNC paths and mapped drives? Have you tried saving to shares in different locations on the same remote machine? on different machines? Like a Windows client (XP or Vista). Verify it doesn't happen in other Office apps.
