"An Error Has Occurred While Running Setup..." Reports have been received that attempts to install BibleWorks fails, and a message is displayed "An error...has occurred while running setup. Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications" The code that occurs at the ellipsis in the statement above varies, but it always includes the series 0x8002802b, which is preceded by -5009, -5011, or some other related prefix. The system "thinks" that another software installation is already in process. A proposed resolution to this problem is to rename the Installshield folder on the computer to which the installation is taking place. Take the following steps: 1. Open the Windows Explorer (a.k.a. My Computer) window. 2. Find the icon for the C: drive and click the plus sign to view the folders under it. (This is called 'expanding' a folder.) 3. Find the folder for Program Files and expand it so as to view its sub-folders. 4. Find the folder for Common Files and expand it. 5. Find the folder for InstallShield and select it by clicking on its name. The name will thus be highlighted. 6. Right-click on the highlighted folder to display a pop-up menu. 7. Choose RENAME from the menu. The folder name will be highlighted and contained in a box. 8. Type an alternate name such as "install_b
