It reads like this:An error (507) occurred during the action Print. There is no default printer.Install and/or select a printer from the Control Panel and try again.I have googled it in every way possible and searched all over Microsoft's website with no luck. The user is able to print to his local printer at his cube but is unsuccessful when trying to print to any network printer. Everyone else can print the same document without issues. I have gone to the extent of uninstalling Visio and Office (both of which are 2007)and reinstalling with no luck. I have removed all his network printers and re added them.Has anyone else encountered this problem and resolved it?Thanks! I am running Visio 2002 sp1 from a windows 2000 terminal server, sp4. It also uses citrix. Now i know for a fact this problem is related to visio only. When my users use the visio published application and try to print, they receive a http://www.office-forums.com/threads/error-507-when-printing.1635011/ the following error box. An Error ( 507 ) occured during the action Print. There is http://www.textndata.com/forums/error-607-occurred-during-action-192424.html no default Printer Install and/or select a printer from the control panel Now, if i run a full terminal desktop, go into printers, i see that i have printers, i launch visio, i get this error..i can launch word, project all others fine. This is what makes me think its a visio Problem. ANyone have some advice? josh, Nov 25, 2003 #1 Advertisements Sd Guest an error You are quite right this is a visio problem. It needs to have an approportiate printer driver installed.
