Is this a problem with importing photos from your iPhone's Camera Roll with Picasa? If so, try importing the photos with the Image Capture application located in your Applications folder or https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2629528?tstart=0 with iPhoto. If the import is successful with either one of these apps, delete the photos from the Camera Roll after the import process is complete. If you use Image Capture for this and this is successful, you can import the photos with Picasa from your chosen location on your hard drive where the imported photos were placed. If this is successful and your iPhone's Camera Roll is empty, try capturing a photo with your iPhone followed by importing the photo with Picasa to see if this resolves it. when trying to import photos from their external devices (camera, phones) to their computer. Microsoft's forum is flooded with user complaints regarding this issues, but it seems Microsoft did not hurry to find a solution. When Windows 10 users try to import photos from, let's say, their camera to their laptop, various error messages may appear on the screen: "An error has occurred while attempting to import. Either the source is unavailable or the destination is full or read only" or "Something went wrong. Try again or cancel." My daughter also tried putting on her photo's from a canon camera and once again window's 10 said it was empty. So I'm now assuming this problem is affecting most camera brands. Another users also described a variation of the bug: […] Then I put it in the computer and import. But my problem is, in the photos app, it will say "searching for photos and videos" then all the photos and videos will pop up, but the import button is missing, and won't pop up on the screen. For the time being, there is only one way to solve this annoying photo importing bug: Right click on the "Pictures" folder in file explorer; Click on Properties; Click on the Security tab; Under "Group or Username" click on "HomeUsers" Under "Permissions for System" click on "Full Control"; Repeat steps 4 & 5 for "Administrators" under "Group or Username" If you don't see the downloaded photos, restart your Windows 10 device and import them again. The good news is that Microsoft is planning to patch this issues with its Redstone update later this year, as Axel R. confirms on Microsoft's forum: There was an issue with the recognition of some card readers (only SATA-based readers, often found as integrated readers in slightly older laptops, or as 3r
