I have a picture i want to print onto 10x15cm photo paper. If i right click the picture n press print it comes up with the windows xp photo printing wizard, where i select the photo click next, then when id normal click on printing preferences to change the settings and tell the printer i want to print from the photo paper tray, i click it and it comes up with Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. send dont send thing.then wndows explorer restarts itself, and if i use HP Image zone to try and print thep age, when i go to properties it comes up with HP Image Zone - Error The program has encountered an unexpected error.: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. OK then it will close after i click ok. I have no idea what this is and i really want to get this problem fixed. If any one can help i would greatly appreciate it.
