An Error Has Occurred See The Log File Eclipse Luna
juno up vote 23 down vote favorite 7 Whenever I start up Eclipse Juno, it gives me an error saying: An error had occured. Please see the log file: C:\Program Files\eclipse\configuration\1362989254411.log. Some websites say to uninstall jdk and install it back again. I did that, but it didn't work. I think it was because on their website, the error is happening IN the workspace. Mine is on the program an error has occurred see the log file eclipse juno files folder, which is in the computer. It happened after updating it. Should I downgrade. If so, how? If I can't downgrade, what should I do? (I can't remember if I saw another update to eclipse or not.) The Eclipse splash screen pops up for a few seconds, then is replaced with an error dialog with the following message: "An an error error has occurred. I started a bug report for it, it can be found here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/41210 Offline #3 2014-07-25 19:09:55 TheGuyWithTheFace Member Registered: 2012-12-09 Posts: 108 Re: [Solved] Eclipse Not Starting Ah, I got it. When I tried reinstalling eclipse, I forgot to remove my .eclipse folder. Removing ~/.eclipse and *then* reinstalling solved the problem.
