This is the error message that I receive when clicking on the link: An error has occurred while processing your request Doh! failed after 2 attempts to get anything from cdr server Stuff To Do: Return to My Account Contact Us Visit our homepage I have submitted an incident report, but so far the problem remains unresolved. It's not a huge issue for me as I'll be switching to a Beyond Talk plan when I purchase a Rumor Touch later this week, but I still would like to occasionally view voice activity so that I won't go over the 300 minutes on the $25 plan. Any ideas or suggestions? I get the same message but, like you, am not sweating it as I will soon switch to Beyond Talk. I'm sorry I have no solution, but annoyance lives company, I guess I just checked My Account from my Rumor 2 and was able to access all balances ($, messages, and data). All amounts looked "legit". When you activate the phone on the website, one of the options is, "I used to be a customer and I want to restart my Virgin Mobile service." I am sure you will get a new number but it might be possible to get your $25 plan back. VM is allowing customers with older phones to sign up for the $25 plan, though they don't seem to be advertising it. I'm thinking, when you sign up, it might be an option. There is a thread on it here; you might need to follow similar steps where you click on "Don't see the plan you are looking for? Click Here". In any case, good luck.
