I thought to try to fix any problems with the IE6 program using Add/Remove Program from Settings in Windows ME, but that solved nothing. I thought to try to redownload all of IE6 but that isn't working either. I get an error that the setup files are missing and to restart then resume setup which is supposed to https://forums.techguy.org/threads/msimn-directdb-dll.128681/ download the missing files. That's not working either. I don't know if those problems are related or not. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer First noticed it earlier today when I tried to retrieve my emails. I got the window where one normally sees details of accounts being retrieved etc. but there was no info. The message then got generated. Shut down my PC as I was going out but when I tried again this evening got an error in the same error each time I tried even after a restart. All my folders seen ok fortunately but of course I can't send/receive emails with OE when running under WME. Fortunately I'm dual booting with XP Pro so can use OE6 from that or Incredimail to send/retrieve my messages until I can solve the problem. How can I cure the problem please? If I use the method shown would this lose any
