Previous Versions of Exchange > Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 - General Discussion Question 0 Sign in to vote I have Small Business Server 2008. There is no forum for SBS 2008 so I am posting my Exchange 2007 problem in this forum. I don't know what SP level I'm at with Exchange or SBS in general. Any hints as to how to figure this out? The installation is less than a year old. Suddenly my users have been complaining about this error when sending an e-mail from their computers - mostly Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010. "An error occurred processing your Junk E-mail list. You are over the size limit allowed at the server. Contact your server administrator." I have got through Oulook Web Access and cleaned out all the user's junk mail and safe senders lists. I have gone to their computers, too. But some users still get the error when sending an e-mail. Although I have found a regedit fix for Exchange 2003, there appears to be no such fix for Exchange 2007. Obviously a limitation setting must be somewhere. Most forums with the same question have gone unanswered. Any ideas would be appreciated. They are designed for persistent senders who are sending newsletters etc, not general spam, although some users will mark all senders of junk in there and will get the issue. Your best option is to simply remove all addresses from the list. It will take a little while for Exchange to catch up that things

I've looked here and though the error message is slight different and it appears to be associated to junk mail lists size limit on exchange server. http://www.experts-exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Outlook/Q_21226609.html The solution say to change a registry value on the server. I am comfortable making registry changes, however my colleagues would like to know if there is a way to remedy this error/limit issue without modifying my registry. Is there? App, how many addresses can I add to the Blocked Senders list? In Outlook Web App (OWA), the maximum number of addresses allowed in the Blocked Senders list is 1,024. (OWA for https://kb.iu.edu/d/apnl Indiana University uses Exchange 2013.) You can add Blocked Sender addresses using the https://groups.google.com/d/topic/microsoft.public.exchange.misc/YnBGo6nB87w Manage Junk E-mail Lists option. If you exceed the size limit, you will receive the message: "An error occurred processing your Junk E-mail list. You are over the size limit allowed at the server. Contact your server administrator." Note: OWA has the same functionality across major browsers in most cases. For help using OWA, with an error your Inbox displayed, click ? (the question mark) at the top right.
