click yes the report can then be printed correctly. This prompthappens every single time a user clicks the print icon in the RS web interface. I belive this issue relates to the user not having access to the directory "c:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files" what I don't understand is why it is trying tocopythe file "RSClientPrint-x86.inf"when it already exists.Any ideas? You can install the active x control automatically and silentlyby adding the reporting server to the group policy for the Windows ActiveX Installer Service. Here is Microsofts documentation http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd631688(WS.10).aspx I found this guide a bit more user friendly http://www.verboon.info/index.php/2010/04/windows-activex-installer-service/ thanks to Alex Verboon for this! Just in case the above links break the relevent GP is "ActiveX Installer Service" which is located under Computer ConfigurationPolicies >Administrative Templates >Windows Components. Th

I have played around with our group policies, tried installing the Active X controls as admin, etc. but we need a more scalable solution.
