The error is an InstallShield Wizard error that says an error has occurred while downloading the file http://saturn.installshield.com/is/prerequisites/Microsoft.Net Framework 4.5 Web.prq. The odd thing is, the error doesn’t make sense, it’s failing to download the prerequisite file. This is a file that is inside the setup and tells it information about the prerequisite. They shouldn’t even have to download that file. So it’s not even .NET itself http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27507091/error-during-installshield-wizard that’s failing to download. windows-installer share|improve this question asked Dec 16 '14 at 14:38 Corey Ross 1 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 0 down vote The PRQ on your build machine that you build against has an attribute called AltPRQ that optionally points to a web server. The upside of this is it allows the PRQ to be tweaked long after a build has been produced. The downside is it injects a point of variability that can't be tracked using CM practices. Personally I typically remove these references before doing a build. share|improve this answer answered Dec 16 '14 at 19:49 Christopher Painter 42.1k63163 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By posting your answer, you agree to the privacy policy and terms of service. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post This site contains user submitted content, co
