If its default configuration then it must be under "Local Intranet" zone.Check the "Security settings for this zone". Under the "User Authentication" check the logon option selected. It should be "Automatic logon with current user name as password."If its using SQL user name and password verify the password. Re-enter it to confirm. Also check if the SQL user has access permission to the database in the SQL Server. So i guess the report is trying to connect to the data source (like a sql server?) and has no credentials available in the report. Try submitting your credentials to connect to the used sql server or make sure the credentials are supplied within the report itself. share|improve this answer answered Feb 3 '14 at 10:58 Pieter 35628 which crediteianls sql server creditianls or windows ? –user3265377 Feb 3 '14 at 11:08 I would say sql server credentials. –Pieter Feb 4 '14 at 11:16 i also add sql credentials but not work for me –user3265377 Feb 4 '14 at 13:17 Can you edit the report on the reportserver itself? This is done by going to yourserverhere/Reports . There it should be possible to 'edit' the report itself. Can you check your connectionsettings there? "An error has occurred during report processing." "Query execution failed for dataset 'DataSource1'." "For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors " I have done that (navigation & all that) and the result was that a parameter of a scalar variable needs to be declared. The funny thing is that those variables are properly declared in the datasource and in the report sources everywhere. Also this report/datasource worked no problem on SSRS 2005. In the Development Environment the report runs perfectly. On the server the report only fails when executing and after the parameters have been accepted. We use no stored procedures. Any help / ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. sql-server debugging sql-server-2008 reporting-services share|improve this question edited Jan 31 '09 at 12:57 Cade Roux 63.6k28125218 asked Dec 19 '08 at 8:39 private 3,10284470 add a comment| 2 Answers 2 active oldest votes up vote 1 down vote

They might offer a clue as to where you've missed something. Remember that every folder/level in SSRS can have its own permissions, so there's Home and the Reports folder, etc., depending on how you've set it up. funk.phenomena Posting Yak Master Canada 121 Posts Posted-11/23/2011: 17:26:19 Below is part of the log file.I've checked that this user is part of the "Browser" Role for both the reporting folder, and the Home Folder.Any other ideas? Thanks again !ReportServer_0-4!be0!11/22/2011-09:42:06:: w WARN: Rolling b
