I'm using http://mail.mydomain.com/owa url, which works fine and the authentication settings I'm trying (username / password) work http://serverfault.com/questions/387836/blackberry-internet-services-with-exchange-2010 fine in owa. Close to the point of pulling my hair out on this issue, is there a way to find out what it's failing on? Have I missed something very simple? Also see if you can see the Exchange Web Services directory: (input a username/password) `http://mail.maildomain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx` `https://mail.maildomain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx` You should get an XML page after successful authentication. share|improve this answer answered May 10 '12 at 10:29 ewwhite 150k47294573 I've tried now with and without and it works (in owa) and EWS works fine, but EWS isnt the link that goes in BIS settings yeah? –Tom Beech May 10 '12 at 10:30 No, that's not the link you'd use. Just a validation of your EWS directory accessibility. Did you try this without the "owa" portion of the URL? –ewwhite May 10 '12 at 10:34 Yeah I have. It's so frustrating it's unreal! Did you have

fine via OWA setup. We changed ISP so the IP changed. Redirected the domain to new IP. Now the Backberry has stopped syncing. Deleted account on blackberry service. Can not add it back again. I get the error "an error occurred during email account validation" ....... Nothing changed on the server only new ISP, new Router new IP address. I have port 80 & 443 forwarded to server. For the life of me i can not figure it out. Anyone got any ideas. I was thinking maybe somewhere in the inner workings the Blackberry maybe it's still pointing to the old IP. Thanks for any help in advance. 2answers Comments See all(0) Cancel Edit Add comment Anonymous 0 August 17, 2011 Sorry should have closed this. Yeah DNS fine. Still a weird problem.
