In server side (windows XP base) was installed symantec backup exec ver 12. i follow instruction of installation in http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/282010.htm (its instruction is for ralus agent ver 10, but same with ralus 12, the different is only in summary location). After installation successfull, i restart the computer.
