Then download and install latest driver from here : http://tiny.cc/3qa4mThen click on and Apple icon and select Software Updates. Then do all Software Updates. Let me know if that didn't worked. Only click Accept after it worked. Ask Your Own Mac Question Customer: replied4 years ago. I changed the printer to a different USB Port. I downloaded and installed the latest driver. While it can see the scanner, and control it well enough to run a preview, the "Scan" button is disabled. Furthermore, on launch, Image Capture always displays an error message stating simply "An error occurred during scanning." Frustratingly, this setup worked only last week. Restarting does no good, and this error has continued both before and after a recent 10.5.2 update. Any ideas? #1 Jason McIntosh, Feb 15, 2008 markopala uix_expand uix_collapse Registered Joined: Apr 10, 2011 Messages: 1 Likes Received: 0 Canon hasn't released new drivers yet: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/suppo...can_series/canoscan_lide100#ServiceAndSupport #2 markopala, Apr 10, 2011 (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
