When I try to install multiman it says "error occurred during installation" code is 80029566. It then puts corrupted data under the games tab that I have to delete. The FTP server didn't install either and gave the same error as the multiman .pkg did. Last edited by xXToxicRogueXx; 12-16-2014 at 10:53 PM. Member Joined: Feb 21, 2014 Hello! Brand new to the PS3 scene. I've modded every other console before, though, so I'm no stranger to custom firmware, hardware modification, NAND flashing, etc. http://www.maxconsole.com/threads/multiman-on-rebug-4-65-1-error-80029566.35113/ Yesterday I successfully flashed my slim to a patched 4.50 and installed REBUG 4.65.1 based on suggestions that this was the least buggy, most fully featured modern CFW. The firmware appears to work fine, but I simply am unable to install any version of multiMAN, as each one gives the error "An error occurred during in the install operation. (80029566)" I have tried an error all the different 4.66.x, 4.65.x, 4.60.x BASE versions in both CEX and DEX (though I have not switched the setting from CEX QA to DEX, as I am unsure what this does at the moment). WebMAN is already installed and after some messing around with folder structure and such, I have gotten it to read backups in the "/games/BLESXXXX - [TITLE]/" format (but not an error occurred .iso format), however, I cannot find a way to create backups of my own discs. Also, I am unable to copy backups of games from dev_usb000 to dev_hdd0 with webMAN, so I am limited to the space on that USB device. tldr; 1: Is multiMAN simply not supported currently in REBUG 4.65.1? Or, is there some bug preventing its installation? 2: If multiMAN cannot be installed, what other options do I have for creating backups of my discs? 3: What file managers exist that are as good/better than the one in multiMAN? Is there some way in REBUG 4.65.1 to move files from my USB drive to internal storage without installing any additional packages? 4: BONUS QUESTION! Where do I put ISOs in the file hierarchy? I have tried "DEV_USB000/PS3ISO/foo.iso" Just throw links at me if you have them and they point me in the right direction. I don't mind reading. Thanks guys and gals! theabsinthehare, Dec 18, 2014 #1 3 1 0 Chnorzy Loyal Member Joined: Jan 7, 2015 I also had an error while I was on DEX Mode and trying to install the DE
