Resolving the problem The following message appears during an IBM i Access Windows installation on Microsoft Windows: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH13204.html An error occurred during the move data process: -115. This can be related to the install not being able to create a required folder. To resolve the problem, you should do the following: 1. Open Windows Explorer, and go to c:\documents and settings\all users\shared documents. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1016718 2. Try to create a folder named IBM in this path.
