Its the old error an error 'An error occurred during this operation' whenever you try to print anything. The printer works fine (and from Chrome/FF) but IE will not play ball. I've tried various drivers, different printers etc and the usual MS articles are no help. Has anyone found a fix to this or do I have to resort to a re-image which is what I did last time! We had this issue, and this method worked for us to fix: Click Start Start button, click All Programs, and then click Accessories. Right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. Type following command and press ENTER: ICACLS "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp\Low" /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low Restart the computer. Print or print preview a Web page in Internet Explorer. I had to create this folder in the first place before I could run the ICACLS command as it didn't exist for the affected user. I didn't need to reboot to test the fix, just close and open IE. These instructions taken from: Unable to print or view the print preview of a webpage in Internet Explorer Good luck! Last edited by ShorehamGeek; 1st December 2014 at 04:36 PM. I've tried the MS fix and also ran their fixits! I've rolled back to ie9 and back to 11 through 10 but it's always the same. Reimaging seems to be the best option, it's a nuisance for such a small issue! Send PM 2nd D
