When I try to connect from home, I can use any browser I want and it works great. When I try to use Windows Explorer, I get an error. (it wouldn't let me post the screenshot so here is what it says) An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder. Details: 200 Type set to A. 227 Entering Passive Mode (98,89,121,40,19,196) I don't know much about FTP so I'm learning as I go (I didn't set it up, the previous IT manager did). But I do see that in the parentheses, that is our OLD IP address. That doesn't seem right. I would appreciate any help or direction with this. Apple is trying to connect to us right now and they are seeing the same type of error in everything they use.
