You are over the size limit allowed on the server. Contact your server administrator." I changed the settings on the server on owa admin side. To the max amount and still no luck. Any idea?? I can guarantee that the users will not see any changes in the amount of spam that they receive. The junk mail list has a finite size and is not designed for every address that you receive to be listed. It is designed for persistent senders (ie the same address) that does not have unsubscribe instructions. For normal spam, spammers never use the same address twice, so listing them in any kind of list is pointless. You are over the size limit allowed on the server. Contact your server administrator."This messages appears right at the top, like the message you get when a pop up has been blocked in XP-sp2.Email is still comiing in and out, but no OWA. Exchange is on one server, and there are no maximum limits set on any mailbox. I have downloaded the OWA admin tool, and increased all the options to maximum, but no luck.
