Try performing the task again. If the problem persists, contact support."We have two other servers in this farm currently and they are fine. Also, when you click on the Sessions tab, you get the same error. But when you click on the Processes tab, it does list all the processes running, along with the username of the person running the processes.Has anyone seen this before? Thanks! 1225-299789-1607983 Back to top Sammy Taylor Members #2 Sammy Taylor 2 posts Posted 08 June 2012 - 11:38 PM I have the same issue but only with sessions, I can see the users tab on my server. contact support. April 15, 2014 clearrtc Leave a comment XenApp 6 Datastore issues Citrix Delivery Services Console – An error occurred. Try performing the task again. If the problem persists, contact support. I have seen this error message a number of times while working with XenApp 6. In the early days we would get what we thought was datastore corruption at the drop of a hat, change a policies priority to many places and bang “an error occurred”. The solution when this first started occurring was to restore the database from backup after hours. Not extremely convenient. Later we found a hotfix DSCXAMx600W005 applying this hotfix to all the servers and performing a dsmaint /recreatelhc correct the issue for some time. However a year or more later we started to see the “corruption” again. After a call with Citrix technical support the tech and I were convinced that the datastore itself was OK and not corrupted but the Delivery services console could no longer read the datastore. He supplied me with a fileshare to two limited release hotfixes DSCXAMc600W010 (a new version of the previously mentioned hotfix) and XA600R02W2K8R2X64051. I installed these hotfixes and rebooted the ZDC and once it was back up I could immediately see the user policies again without the need to recreate the lhc. These fixes need to be installed on all XenApp servers in your farm to not only maintain a level set environment but policies are applied to the user on the server they login to, so if a server does not have the hotfix it likely cannot read a current copy of the datastore and changes to your policies will not be applied. I would provide a link to DSCXAMx600W010 but as of writing this it is still a limited release hotfix and you need to contact support to acquire it.
