the file I tried open this doc on Win XP winword 2003 SP3. The document can be open. However there was a problem sending the command to the program when i tried to open in window 7 64 bit , winword 2003 sp3, i am having issues to open with this error "there was an error opening the file". I can convert other docx to be compatiable with MS 2003 without issues.
