code 80078006E. I've tried to click on "remove program" and choose "repair," but that option isn't available. It just starts to remove it. I've run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, which says it's repairing things, but the update still won't install. I tried to do a manual install, but then I get the message "An error occurred while running detection." I also tried to do a clean boot and install it; no an error occurred while running detection office 2013 sp1 luck. Anybody have any ideas about what to do next? Thanks!
