I had to go about a modified route... once signed out, i had to REBOOT. Then I could sign back in after REBOOT and re attempt another download. So far so good, that was the only thing that worked.Remember, you might have to REBOOT after signing out, then sign back in.For all of you others with my funny issue.....Here's the funny thing though, I noticed that OS X Lion (Not Mountain Lion) was still in my queue also in the APP store.
