Here is some info on yours>>> Description: DLCCtime.dll is located in a subfolder of C:\Windows\System32. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 69632 bytes (50% of all occurrence), 73728 bytes. The program has a visible window. There is no information about the maker of the file. It is a trustworthy file from Microsoft. The program is loaded during the Windows boot process (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). File DLCCtime.dll is not a Windows
