I searched inetcpl.cpl and it opens up fine on my computer. But i am a admin on my computer. That user is a slandered user on that computer. The person that is having issues is using Windows 7 Internet explorer 11 I believe. But there was a problem starting c:\windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl access is denied i know it's at least internet explorer 10.
