This code have been working in the past and new sites are created with expected results. Recently, perhaps after updating your plugin (we are unsure of the root cause), our site creation stopped working. We get this fatal error in the debug logs: [25-Nov-2014 12:55:29 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cannot redeclare class NBT_Template_copier in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/blogtemplates/blogtemplatesfiles/copier.php on line 5 We searched all the files in our site and only see class NBT_Template_copier used in your plugin and our code that follows your nbt-api.php template... We pinpointed the issue is with your plugin as once we disable NBT plugin, our code that's based off nbt-api.php immediately works without a glitch. Please advise what can be triggering this? This looks like the custom code you are using is trying to declare a class that already exists in NBT plugin. You should rename your class which should then prevent this error. Can we see a copy of your custom code? Thanks Denis Lam The Incredible Code Injector 72 pts 390 pts LEVEL 5 Yes where can I send the custom code to? I'd rather not post it on this forum. Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Pulsetorm\Helloworld\Observers\Block in /path/to/magento/app/code/Pulsestorm/Helloworld/Observers/Block.php on line 4 I’ll scratch my head for a while, wonder what’s going on, and eventually realize it’s this Pulsetorm i.e. I’ve mistyped a namespace name, and when the initial autoloads loads the class file, it won’t have defined the class it’s looking for, and then a second autoloader (Composer’s usually) loads it again, and tries to redefine the same incorrect class. i.e., Magento wanted the class Pulsestorm\Helloworld\Observers\Block but I defined Pulsetorm\Helloworld\Observers\Block thanks to the wrong namespace. Writing this down here so when it happens again Google will jog my memory. I’m sure you kids with you IDEs are laughing. We love Tumblr & Stationery by Thijs
