Step 01. Reboot your computer before doing this steps Step 02. Go to Windows Start Menu > Type CMD in the search field http://productforums.google.com/d/topic/chrome/xuh4pFVDiX0 and hit enter. Step 03. Type cd %localappdata%\google\update in the Prompt Command Windows Step 04. Now type GoogleUpdate.exe /RegServer Step 05. Launch Google Chrome and Check the version.
